I was attracted by the cool Nishikigoi label so I bought it 😗The summer sake is chilled in the fridge and has almost no aroma 🤔When I drank it, I found a good balance between the umami of rice and a little sourness, with a slight bitterness at the end 😗. It's labeled as summer sake, but it was a good sake 😄This was a delicious sake 😊.

Today I met my wife's brother for the first time in several years and had a drink outside. We went to a nearby restaurant that boasts sake and is famous for its pork shabu-shabu and oden. We had an all-you-can-drink policy, so this was the only sake we could drink, but we had a very pleasant time. It was the first time for me to drink Bikuyo. The aroma was gorgeous, and when you put it in your mouth, you could feel a little bit of alcohol, followed by umami, and then it was smooth and dry.

Junmai Daiginjo Mai It's been too long since I've seen Bijoubu. I've been mistaken for "Bijoufu" instead of "Bijoubu". I had misunderstood all along. I'm sorry. It tastes as clean as water. Slightly sweet with a dry aftertaste. The aroma is also moderate. Dry acidity. I love it 100 points. When the temperature is raised a little, it becomes mellower! I like this one better.

使用米が松山三井とポップに書いてあったので購入 勝手に甘味少なめを期待していたが、甘味　旨味少ないことはなく癒される感じ☺️ 後味はサッと切れてサッパリしてよい👍

Ito Sake Shop drinking at home Acid aroma but I think it is Delicious apple! Sourness is a strong aroma Sweet but good! Delicious apple as per word of mouth with a pineapple feel as it seems to be cel24 yeast, not so much lychee but close to Delicious apple! The sharpness could be good! Pineapple on the nose, Delicious apple on the drink. Bitterness from the acidity and flavor. 8 points! I would buy it if I had nothing else to try! The third day after opening the bottle, I think the pineapple feeling became stronger.
