The first drink of the course. The one that came out with a nice aroma was Kochi's Bishou. Not too strong in character, but soft and gorgeous. It has a good balance.
I'm drinking at a new restaurant in Kyoto called Ginjo Tuna, which specializes in tuna and sake. It's not in this app's database yet, but I think it's great.
Purchased on a trip to Kochi. It has acidity and is like a white wine. Lightly sweet. Sake with cel24 yeast, which is said to have a sour taste. Pineapple aroma. Very tasty. ⭐️4.8
Next time, it's Bikou ✨.
It's Bikuou's version of deep sea space sake 😁.
It has a nice acidity and umami while still being fruity 😊.
It's also delicious 😁.
Next time, it's Bikou ✨.
This sake is brewed with CEL66 yeast 😊.
It's much cleaner than CEL24 ☝️
This one seems to be easier to pair with food ✨✨✨.
It's a delicious drink 😁.
Next up is Bikou ✨
It is a light and dry sake😊.
I would rather drink this sake warmed than cold 😊.
This time, I couldn't warm up the sake, so I'll have to buy it at home to try it: ☝️
