Aizu is a series based on the concept of "brewing Aizu.
I have only seen Daiginjo before, but it seems that the brand has been expanded and developed this year.
The aroma is quite gorgeous.
Fruity aroma with melon and a bit of citrus acidity.
The taste is also fruity and mildly sweet and umami, but the acidity is relatively high, not quite sweet and sour, but refreshing and clean.
It is very easy to drink and delicious!
It is a delicious sake that surprised me as much as the first time I drank instrumental Masamune.
This is the first label I have ever seen.
When I open the bottle and put it in my mouth, it sinks in.
A filling was removed from a back tooth today, and although the situation is still the same, I let the alcohol roll around on my tongue as a disinfectant.
I feel a sharp, yet restrained sweetness!
What fruit is hiding, I can't find.
At the 9th Nihonshu Kai
Preference ★★★★☆
Sake that I requested for my favorite sake and got it selected.
Sake that is sweet and easy to drink, just the way I like it!
Gensai, named after Harunaka Tanaka, a retainer of the Aizu domain during the Edo period, is based on the concept of "brewing Aizu.
All the rice used is locally grown in Aizu. It has a mellow aroma and a clear, fresh sweetness that is refreshing. The moderate fullness is pleasant and smoothly lingers on the palate. The juicy, clear, and smooth taste is an item that our president has given his stamp of approval.
It is a sake that was developed this year as a new brand "Genzai".
The clerk told me that this is the only special distributor outside of Fukushima Prefecture yet (a sake store in Tokyo's Seichi).
It seems that the new president of Suehiro Sake Brewery brought it in, and as a result, the chairman of Seijo decided to sell it.
So I bought it because I had a feeling that it would sell well in the future.
(Tobiroki, also from Aizu, took a leap forward from this liquor store.)
It is fire-roasted, but it is very tasty with a fresh flavor that spreads and disappears quickly.
It is likely to become popular nationwide in the near future.
I am looking forward to its future.
Four kinds this time, second drink.
This is the first time for me to try it.
Good aroma, sweet and sour, umami, delicious!
It is fire-roasted but fresh.
Aroma and taste with a touch of elegance. If you hold it in your mouth and let it stay in your mouth for a bit and raise the temperature...
There is nothing to say about this sake.
lessening
Young grassy aroma. Slight effervescence, about the size of a carefree soda. Sourness accompanied by Sweetness. Bitterness. Something delicious.
The historical Kaei warehouse is located in the town of Aizuwakamatsu, and there is a doctoral brewery that started operation in the Heisei period about 10 km away. Genzai is a series of high-end sake produced in small quantities at the Kaei warehouse. But the brewery is making it at the Docter Kura, or something. I'm not sure. Does that mean only special junmai?
We went to the Suehiro Shuzo Kaei warehouse. It is wonderful because it is a gold medal winner in the sake competition while functioning as a tourist attraction where tours of the brewery are given every hour.
