Genzai's raw sake, which I drank this year and had a great cosmetic experience.
The POP of Koyama Shoten described it as "like Tobiroki? I had high expectations.
As expected, the fresh, light sweetness typical of new sake and the gentle flavor of the rice spread out, and it was beautiful and delicious.

The third glass is 💁. Slight sweetness and clear deliciousness ☺️ I really like it 😍This is a gem that I want to drink at home once 😁.

Absolutely one of my favorite sake. It is robust but easy to drink, smooth but interesting, rice like but with a great deal of umami. I love this one and will be searching for it in bottle before I leave Fukushima.
