Yamamoto-san, whom I had been putting off purchasing.
I finally brought her along😅.
The aroma is subdued
Juicy and umami flavor.
Slightly dry with a clean aftertaste 😊.
Easy to drink and delicious 😋😋😋.
Would go well with fatty sashimi and meat 🤤.
Yamamoto-san, sorry for putting you off 🙏.

Yamamoto, I'm so excited!
I decided to go with this one because of the No. 77 yeast.
I can drink it easily!

Sunshine yellow. My favorite, Yamamoto-san. Overall, the image is monotonous and refreshing. Delicious but a bit lacking. The more you drink, the more alcohol you feel. I wonder if the image of refreshing and clear is right...
This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. I went home today and enjoyed it with my mother! Very tasty and the yeast does a wonderful job. It was firm and flavorful, full and smooth, and deep. It was a very special saké, different from the saké we drink everyday. I am thankful that I can drink good sake again tonight in good health.
Elegant and full aroma. It flows into the mouth without any resistance. The sweetness, especially the umami, is very strong, with almost no acidity, and the light bitterness and astringency make it a very pleasant cup.
Brewed with Kyokai No.1 yeast
Sweet fruity aroma
Almost no aroma of wooden vat. Not much Yamahai-like aroma.
The aroma is modern and the mouthfeel is classic.
Mellow, with a slight sourness and bitterness to finish.
