This is the first time we have received Yamamoto, which has a royal taste. Sake Komachi 29% polished rice. The sake had a good aroma, a good balance of sweetness and umami, and a sense of richness.
★The first time we tasted Yamamoto.
The aroma is muscat, not orange. The sweetness spreads with a slight effervescence, then the orangey bitterness disappears cleanly. It's light and easy to drink.

This is the last one. This was the last of the limited edition wooden bucket sake.
I think this was the most delicious.
The aroma was restrained, and the sake had a nice, rich flavor with a sticky feel.
The flavor was quite complex, with some milk nuances and a touch of spice.
It was juicy and had a strong aftertaste, so it was the kind of sake I like to drink with a full appreciation.
Yamamoto Kai had a total of 8 kinds of sake.
Wow, we drank quite a lot.
It was a fun day.
Hello, Southern Cross Territory 😃.
Yamamoto-kai! I like it 🤗and it's great that you drank 8 kinds 😋I realized that there are a lot of Yamamoto-san that I haven't drank yet 😅! 😅
Hi Jay & Nobby! I learned a lot about many of the different yeasts and such. ☺️ It's fun to collect and drink specific brands! You're right, there were a lot of them I didn't drink 🥺.

Here we have Yamahai. The concept is to drink it chilled.
Indeed, it gives a rather light impression for a Yamahai.
It has a fruity, yet rich taste.
The alcohol content is 15%, but the taste is a bit more robust.

This sake is made with "Koudou Shinko" (improved Nobukou).
It has a dry aftertaste, but is quite sweet at first.
The quality of the sake is clear, so perhaps this is where it started to turn blue.
My impressions are getting more and more vague!

This is a combination of Miyamanishiki and No. 6 yeast.
When you drink it thinking it is orange, yes, it is orange.
It expresses something like the bitterness of the skin in the latter half of the bottle.
Maybe you are imagining the sunset.
I can't deny the feeling that you're drinking from an image when you get to this point.
The back of the bottle says something like a diary that is no longer alcohol-related.

This one has almost the same specifications as Pure Black, but uses white malted rice for the tome.
It has a sourness derived from citric acid and a little sweetness.
So this sweet and sourness expresses strawberries.
The second half had a dry impression, making it an interesting sake.

It has the same specifications as Pure Black except for the yeast, "Komachi Yeast R-5" is used.
It is said to have a milder finish than Pure Black, but this one is just as tasty.
It has a bit of a blueberry taste to it.

The most delicious of the modern (?) type was this one. The most delicious of the modern type (?) was this one.
It is a fruity sake made from 55% polished rice of Kame-no-o.
It was fresh and well-balanced with good acidity.

We started with Pure Black. It is now a standard.
I wonder if it is made from Akita Sake Komachi.
It has a grapefruit and banana aroma.
It was a well-balanced sake, rather heavy, but it finishes with a nice kick.
The aroma is fresh and citrusy, like grapefruit with lemon. The taste has a crisp acidity that goes from fruity to clean. Yamamoto has many variations, but the last one is pure black.
