Nama-zake obtained through a recommendation from a brewery in Ome City, Tokyo.
The freshness and subtle sweetness of nama-zake goes well with meals. Delicious!
Sake from Yamaguchi.
It is beautifully fizzy, elegant and delicious 😋.
Choshu Shuzo is a sake brewery that was newly established in 2020 by taking over the business of Kodama Shuzo, a long-established sake brewery founded in 1871 in Shimonoseki City. I had never heard of it when I lived in Yamaguchi, but it was recently established.
The brewery's keeper was selling it at Tokyu and I tasted it and bought it.
It is fruity, sweet, and delicious! Since it is fresh, I want to enjoy the change in flavor.
Nyoku (Aomori sake). 17% alcohol, 50% polished rice.
This is the first time I drank it. It has a slight effervescence, which is good for this hot season! I like it because it is dry and umami!
