Sourness and no sake crispness
I don't feel any sapidity.
Gorgeous aroma, but not that strong.
Sweet and leaves a heavy feeling in the mouth.
Easy to drink, like a white wine
I like the taste.
100% Misato Nishiki, a variety registered in 1998, is used... Exquisite sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness... intertwine to express a blissful taste. It is a sake with a refined summer sake feel that is fully expressed and best enjoyed in a refreshing way.
Yamamoto.
Is this a pure black sake brewery?
Nice first attack! Fruity? I like it.
Fruity when it comes back! The sweetness isn't there, but the aroma is good enough to drink! It's not too spicy! I think I can feel the sweetness in the aftertaste because it's fruity! So I decided on Kimi for the last sip of the drinking contest: !!!!
Long time no see Yamamoto Forest Green.
The lime green label is dazzling 😋.
100% Misato Nishiki from Akita Prefecture,
Polishing ratio 70%.
Fruity aroma. Sweet and juicy with a hint of bitterness. Very tasty.
