Kitajima's summer sake. Last time, we enjoyed Aizan's Namemoto. This time, it's a Yamada Nishiki Junmai Ginjo. It is brewed with a beautiful dry taste. It is a very elegant and cool beautiful sake. The aroma is subdued and the taste is refreshing. The finish is refreshing. The aftertaste is refreshing. Aouarashi is a seasonal word for summer. This is Kitajima Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Origarami Raw. It is a delicious sake with a mellow and fresh taste. It was easy to open the bottle👍This was my first time at the brewery and it is delicious😋.

I think this is my first time drinking Kitajima 🤔. octopus🐙 was very impressive on the label and I was curious about it, but this time I decided to try the orikagami❗️. The aroma is like melon🍈 or pineapple🍍😆. When you drink it, it is moderately sweet and very easy to drink👍 But I've never heard of rice called mizukagami 😅. I️ don't know the characteristics but it was a delicious sake that was easy to drink.

Sake-like, full aroma. The nose has a refreshing lime-green color. Refreshing acidity and juicy flavor. The rich flavor of rice spreads in the mouth, as is typical of nama-shu. It has a moderately pungent taste of alcohol. The finish is refreshing. Refreshing, yet delicious. Good. Degree of liking ☆4/5
