The elegant sweetness typical of Aizan and the sweet and sour taste derived from the sake's natural yeast.
For the first time in a long time, I felt like I was drinking an elegant yet wild sake.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
Yes, it is "Sabu-chan", isn't it?
I have the impression that the brands from Shiga Prefecture other than "Kitajima" are all unique!
I don't know how many bottles I have already repeated.
Kitajima's Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo🍶.
Slightly effervescent, as is typical of nama-shu!
The core flavor remains the same.
Harmony of bitterness and acidity in the latter half
It is even better when drunk chilled.
Even when chilled, you can feel the fullness of the flavor.
The sharpness makes you want to drink it again.
Good morning, Takubon-san 😃!
We love Kitajima-san as well 😅we're also a big fan of his work 😋 We haven't posted it yet, but we recently had a taco blue 🤗.
Solo Obon Holiday
I really wanted to eat sashimi and sake, so I skipped the bike 🚲.
I went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of Kitajima sake.
I was struck by the impact of the label and the owner's recommendation to drink it on the rocks and at 20 degrees Celsius.
It was a great lunch with sushi and on the rocks 🍣.
I wanted to try it 🐙Taco: ❗️
My local store started carrying it, so I bought it right away 🍶.
It's not as weird as I thought it would be, it's easy to drink and it was delicious 😋.
I'd love to have a heated frog sometime 🐸.
I wish I could drink it with sashimi. ❗️
But I don't have enough stock at home.
I can't find any summer sake or sweet sake.
It doesn't go well with sashimi 🤔.
I recently bought sashimi at my favorite fish shop.
On the way home, I wanted to buy a sake that would go well with sashimi.
This time, I bought a bottle of Taco Blue 🐙 from Kitajima.
The aroma is like green apple 🍏.
The taste is clean and sweet with a strong acidity.
and a strong acidity.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter and
It has a nice sharpness 😊.
It goes well with sashimi, of course.
It was delicious👍
