This is the time of year when there is plenty of draft sake, so hurry up and try your first ㊗️ sake challenge ‼️ tonight is Kitajima-san👍.
With this appearance, I thought it must be Japanese food, so the lineup included grilled Hokke, a little bit of sashimi of tuna, mekabu with hot egg, fried asparagus, mushrooms and homemade pancetta, and pickles. ‼️
Mr. Kitajima has a fresh, slightly cemedine-like aroma, and a sweet-bitter, or maybe umami-bitter because it's not very sweet 🧐 No, the end result is a peculiar sourness. Not spicy at all! But not sweet! Yeah, it's delicious 😋💕.
It doesn't interfere with any of my meals, it's very nostalgic! I'd love to try the rest of the lineup 🥰.

Ponchan🩷So true! It was the first liquor store I discovered and they had all the sake from Shiga ‼️ lol Shiki, Matsu no Tsukasa, and Kitajima, I think they still had some. I'm going back to buy some more 👍I think I'll buy some Kitajima and go home 🎵🤭.
