My favorite Kitajima, I was curious about the orange label I saw for the first time and took it home.
It is rich, sweet and umami, with the greenish flavor of the Yamada-Nishiki grain. It is very tasty with a gradually dry aftertaste. It is best when paired with autumn flavors and nabe dishes.
Firmly nigori sake
No schwarziness
It's like amazake without the sweetness.
Mild in the mouth, but not sweet, so it is refreshing.
Serve with white fish sashimi
The fishy smell is not noticeable and it tastes great!
Its modest sweetness and fine flavor spread across the palate.
The balance of the acidity and bitterness that follows is exquisite, and the aroma that escapes through the nose is also very good.

This is the third stage of Kitajima Shuzo's [Oiriri Hipporidako Series]....
Since the label was a model change from "Tamaei 100% Junmai Ginjo-shu Turquoise Blue," which was purchased in September 2021, we treated it as a new registration.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma and feels light on the palate, but it has a sharp, dry summer taste.
