The bottle of Fukumitsuya's that I wanted was sold out, and Murata's brother said "this one is good too", so I bought it.
The aroma is like an old sake.
The mouthfeel is crisp and the umami lingers slowly.
We decided it should be warmed up, so we served it lukewarm.
The acidity starts to show up, but it doesn't linger and you can still taste the gentle umami.
It was delicious in a kanzamashi state!
