Next month, 16 of us are going to have a class reunion of our university seminar class, so five of us went to Ginza for the preview.
The place for the party was Chinese restaurant.
We went to a Chinese restaurant, where we ate and drank as much as we could for 2 hours,
The first sake was Hakurakusei.
In such a case, I have an image of stability and trustworthiness.
When I drank it, it was clear.
A little acidic and refreshing
Not all of us are in Tokyo area, but 6-7 years ago, high attendance of 15/16 people, we need to have a good preview 😝.

The aroma is a mild ginjo aroma.
Umami, sweetness, acidity and bitterness are present but not overpowering 😊.
It is refreshing and light (thin 🤔) but enhances the taste of the food 🎶.
The taste is strange 🍶, it is delicious 😋😋😋😋 depending on the food you pair it with.
