The theme is "the ultimate food wine," and it complements the food without being boring at all! I forgot to take a picture, but there was a good-sized saury on sale, so I had grilled saury with salt as a side dish! The autumn flavors and cold wholesale sake are wonderful!

We opened a bottle of new sake purchased in April. The wife prepared a variety of snacks for us. It had a subtle aroma, umami, acidity, and a nice sharpness. I tried drinking it warmed for the first time. It was even better with more umami.

I don't often buy food wine, but this year, if there is a sake competition, I will try it! I'll try it if there is a sake competition this year! I was told by a friend of mine that it is the most cost-effective sake for a meal ✨. It is indeed the "ultimate food sake" 😆. I drank about half a bottle a day for a long time... and it tastes the best today after about a week of drinking 😳. Sake is too deep 🤔.

No gasiness Grapefruit, apple and a little white grape aroma, sweetness, acidity Moderate sweetness Rice flavor, astringency and bitterness, but with a clean aftertaste. There is a little bit of rice aroma in the return aroma. There is a slight alcohol taste. After the second day, the taste becomes a little more rounded, with a slight melon and pear taste.
