Hakuraku" was a master horseman who lived during the Zhou Dynasty in China.

Lately I prefer dry ❤️ I've been curious about this for a while. This Hakurakusei 🌟 I carried a bottle from Tokyo station to Echigo-Tsumari 😮‍💨 You see, it's just as I thought: ❗️ Sake you can drink all the time without getting tired of it! I agree with "the ultimate food sake" 😉.

ARABAKI ROCK FEST" is held every spring in Kawasaki Town, Miyagi Prefecture. This sake is a collaboration with Hakurakusei from Shinzawa Brewery, which also has a brewery in Kawasaki Town. When we compared this sake with the regular Hakurakusei Junmai Daiginjo, the ARABAKI version seemed to have just a little more acidity, but both have a very clean, sweet, and refreshing taste. It is the quintessential Hakurakusei that makes meals more enjoyable. You will not be able to stop drinking and eating. 4.0 / 5.0
