Aftertaste: Gentle sweetness and lingering alcohol, refreshing
Impression: Aromatic, light, medium-dry
The aroma is modest but refreshingly fruity.
The acidity is relatively high and the sweetness is moderate, making it more refreshing. The strength of the flavor is moderate, but it is well-balanced and easy to drink.
It can be paired with soba noodles without contradiction.

Purchased at my usual liquor store after being taken for a ride lol
A collaboration product with Kamen Rider Kuuga.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but has a clean aroma and taste. But after swallowing, you can feel the alcohol in it.
It seems to be heavy for its taste...
I think I stored it too carefully, or maybe it was because I drank other sake first? I would like to drink it again later and update my comment.
Alcohol 15%.
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
Color Colorless
★★★/ Spirit of Kyushu
It is said to be the "ultimate food sake" that combines a refreshing top-fragrance and the deliciousness of rice...
I don't know what it tastes like ╮.
