I compared it with Kido's Omachi which I drank a while ago 😊.
I think the aroma is stronger 🤔.
While it has the umami that is typical of Omachi
It has a soft and gentle taste rather than a clean one 🤔.

It's aiming to be the ultimate sake with meals.
