The aroma is not so noticeable right after opening the bottle.
Since this sake is the ultimate food sake, it is better to drink it with a side dish than with sake alone.
Although the aroma is not so noticeable, the taste is not disturbed by anything, and it may be the ultimate food sake.
I'm going to leave space for my luggage when I go on a business trip. I never know what kind of people I will meet. This time, I didn't have much time, so my last resort is Tokyo Eki-naka, Hasegawa-san. This is here, and it is a sight for sore eyes, but this time it is here. The only Hakurakusei sake in limited supply, I was lucky to come across it.
I was lucky to find it! I was impressed.
The aroma is said to be of pears, but I couldn't quite make it out, maybe bananas? It has a faintly nice aroma. When paired with sashimi, it has a slightly sweet flavor, and when paired with fruit, it has an interesting bitterness.
It is light and easy to drink.

It is easy to drink with a refreshing acidity, and the umami and sweetness of the rice can also be felt.

After all, I want to go to Hakurakusei ⭐︎
All the bottles they bring for the photo shoot
They seem to be stored at room temperature...
I'm so worried that I can't taste the sake.
But it was definitely delicious ♡♡♡♡!
Today I went to Imadeya in Kinshicho to buy sake.
The famous sake brewer of "Hakurakusei" was at the store, and we were allowed to taste about 4 different kinds of sake at the store. Each of them was a Junmai Daiginjo of Hakurakusei, a special movie collaboration sake, a Hakurakusei polished up to 29%, and a very premium Hakurakusei polished up to 15%, all of which were really excellent.
Among them, I decided to purchase the most affordable Junmai Daiginjo, which costs 3,000 yen for a four-pack bottle, in lieu of a thank-you, and enjoy it at home at my leisure. Thank you for today's wonderful encounter and delicious experience!
Hakurakusei is made with the "ultimate food sake" in mind, with a rice polishing ratio of 40%. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of pineapple, and the mouthfeel is very mild. The mid-palate is clear with no cloying flavor, and the overall impression is dry.
The aftertaste is dry and slightly lingering, with a hint of bitterness that adds a pleasant accent. It is a perfect bottle to drink with a meal!
I couldn't attach a photo! Later.

Purchased at a local liquor store.
It's been a long time since I've had a sake from Hakurakusei in collaboration with Netfli's "Ixagami".
It was a stable taste, a treat!
