Junmai Daiginjo-shu
Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15%.
Tonight's objective is to have a sake brewed by the Hakurakusei brewery under the [Osaka Expo Official License] label 🥳🥰.
It is a unique and delicious sake with a subtle ginjo aroma, a mellow atmosphere on the palate, and then a pungent stimulation on the tongue, followed by a stimulating acidity and bitterness, and then the umami of the rice.

It arrived in a set of Toku Jun and Junmai Ginjo♪
I started with the Tokujun.
At first I drank it by itself after a meal, but I felt it was not enough. So I drank it with a meal the next day.
Delicious! It goes well with soy sauce and miso. The sake is more filling. I heard that I had a strange regret that I should have drank it with Miso on the first day too.
Delicious.
Clean, nice sweetness.
Not so much acidity.
Refreshing and refreshing, even if you're suffering from summer fatigue.
Fuji and tin, in that order, give a sense of refreshment, but I don't think there is a big difference in taste.
My husband and I love Kamen Rider and were happy with this collaboration! ♡♡
Of course, we peeled off this label and saved it! ♡♡
We enjoyed Hakurakusei with sashimi, as it is the ultimate food sake! ♡
Cool, refreshing rice aroma.
The texture is fresh in the mouth.
Slightly light banana-like aroma.
The rice flavor is rounded and full, with a refined feel.
Sourness, delayed and quiet bitterness, and a well-balanced taste.
A mild food sake. A good hiyaoroshi.
I chose tempura.
This would have been a better match with pork and burdock.
