The perfect sake for people who like a clean dry sake and me who like a clean sweet sake to drink together. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, and the umami and sweetness are well balanced. There is almost no acidity, and it finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness. It is a sake that can be enjoyed as a mealtime drink or perhaps just as a sake, and you will never get tired of it.

It has been a long time since I have seen Gagakuyo (Masayo). This is my first time to see Narukami, and he seems to be one of the sharpest Gagakuyo. It is refreshing. I feel like it could be a little more flavorful, but this is enough during a meal. I can't deal with that many flavors.

Naraman's Sake Mirai. To be honest, we do not know what kind of characteristics Sake Mirai has, but we are not disappointed with Sake Mirai. It always has a beautiful taste. It is orthodox, yet has an understated flamboyance and an elegant sweetness, making it a perfect match for Japanese food.

Mild acidity and minerality. I wouldn't say it's fresh, but it gives a strange impression of being mild and refreshing. I wonder if it was like this last year. Sentori is also excellent in that it is easy to recognize the season through its label and naming.

When I try to ask, I am often told, "I'm sorry, it's over." (this is my personal impression). The first Shimofuri I have had in a long time was a light nigori, but it was clean and sweet with little clutter. It is a masterpiece that it can be made to taste so beautifully while retaining the roughness that is typical of light nigori.

On the way home from Disneyland with my kids, I was exhausted and just needed a drink. I asked for it to be sweet, and this is the figure that came out. I remember the characters on the label well, but I learned that the reading is "sugata" as it is. Among them, the special junmai "Zare Sugata" with the sweetness of rice soaked into my tired body.

I can't buy them myself, so I always ask for them when I see them in the store. No matter where I encounter it, it is always delicious. The taste is refreshing and easy to drink, and while it is versatile enough to go with any dish, it also expresses the umami that is typical of sake. I would like to buy it and drink it at home at least once, but maybe I should just drink it at home and not be swayed by the mood or situation at the time.

I didn't expect to be recommended Ko-Imari two days in a row, but I drank it because it was interesting. Unlike the previous one yesterday, the label is artistic. It is a light nigori, so it has some acidity and bitterness, but I have the impression that the taste is quite stable. I thought it would have a rougher taste, but it was a much more careful taste.

Just one drink after work. A refreshingly tasty sip while eating. It is nigori, so it is wild and well put together. It is perfect as a nigori sake during a meal.

After the Kasumi Romanchu, I drank a light nigori type of sake, Hitakami. I think it has been quite a while since I drank it. It's so standard that I don't choose it myself, but drink it when someone recommends it to me. It is delicious, though. It has a taste of rice that is more carefully perceived than that of Kasumi Romain. The sweetness is also refreshing and goes well with meals. As expected of Hidakami.

Today, I went to Tatsumi Seishakudo to buy Abeno Pink and bought Hanami Loman with it. Then I went to the Japanese restaurant I usually go to for dinner and found the Kasumi Romain. I thought it would be a sweet first drink, but I couldn't resist and ordered it. As it turned out, it was totally fine. Of course it was sweet, but it wasn't too heavy, so I was able to drink it with my meal. It was delicious.

The color of the liquid is slightly cloudy. It has a full-bodied aroma and is supposed to be sweet, but it has more umami than sweetness. Or perhaps I am just perceiving the umami as sweet on my own? It is a bit similar to the orikarami of "寫楽".

I decided to have only one cup today, so I expected it to be sweet, but I dared to have it with a meal. I'm not sure if it's a meal, but it's with ray fins, grilled cod roe, and other snacks. The taste is just as I imagined, and I am more satisfied than I imagined. The freshness and juicy sweetness of this ORIGARAMI, it is a sharp and sinks into the body well. If I could find one, I would like to have a bottle at home. I'm also interested in Rum-chan.

I like it a lot. It's gorgeous and the umami sweetness explodes in your mouth. Just when you wonder if it would be good as a food sake, it suddenly snaps out of it. The explosion of umami and sweetness is the result of this sharpness. It is a sake that I want to drink all the time.

Clearly sweet. Basically, I prefer sweet sake to dry sake, but when I buy sake myself, it tends to be too sweet, so the clear sweet sake that goes well with meals is no match for what is available at Japanese restaurants. If you balance what you buy and what professionals recommend among the many types of sake available, you will expand your world.

I couldn't get one sake, but I got the last one, a seasonal sake from Shibari Tsuru. It was mellow and crisp, with an aroma that was not too strong, and made me want to keep drinking it.

The second cup we recommend is a refreshing Nabeshima special junmai sake. It is made from 60% polished Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa, a special A district in Hyogo Prefecture, and has a very nice combination of umami and sweetness.

The first hiyaoroshi of the year. This is the first "Yokoyama" that was recommended to me and I drank it for the first time. It is very delicious. The aroma and sweetness spread the moment you drink it, and then it disappears with a refreshing aftertaste. It is my favorite type.
