Thanks again for all your hard work this week.
Well, today's dish is a local liquor store that I got it from a recent review by Sake-no-Wa that said it was very tasty!
So, this week we are having Tatenokawa from Tatenokawa Shuzo!
In this issue, we will be reading about the path to becoming a Tate-nyan Master Sake Brewer - The Art of the Sake Mother!
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the refreshing sweetness, astringency, bitterness, and saltiness change in a jiffy and become sharp!
You can also taste a kind of full-bodied flavor and sourness.
The lingering aftertaste is a refreshing bitterness.
But it is not unpleasant bitterness, and it is very easy to drink.
Overall, it is crisp and refreshing, but delicious!
If you drink it with a meal, you will feel even more outstanding flavor!
The 3rd day
It's still a refreshing sweet and bitter acidity.
You can feel the full-bodied flavor, but it's very refreshing and you will feel refreshed.
The lingering bitter taste is not too strong and spreads smoothly.
It is refreshing and heals a tired body.
There are so many delicious sakes!
On Wednesday, my wife and I took a day off and went to Ryuoh Outlet.
After spending a lot of money, we went back to Takimoto in Kyoto!
It was blissful to be able to visit slowly this time!

Good evening, ma-ki-chan: ☺️
The label of Tatenokawa is very cute ✨.
I imagined it to be a sweet and savory type of sake, but is it more of a food sake? 🤔
I'd like to buy it myself if I see it 😋.

Thank you, soumacho!
The label is cute 🥰.
It looks like the 4th stage of 6 different types of sake 🎵.
Takimoto-san was fun ⤴️
Too bad I could only buy 3 bottles due to placement issues, but I'm looking forward to it🤗.

Thank you, ichiro18!
I haven't had a lot of Tatenogawa, but I have the impression that it is an easy to drink sake 🎵.
I got the sake I've always wanted to drink, so I'm looking forward to drinking it 🤗.

Thank you very much, Afio!
I got the impression that it was more of a refreshing summer sake than a sweet and tasty one 🎵.
It's delicious on its own, but when paired with a meal, it made my cup of sake go down the drain 🤣.
If you have a chance, please try it 🤗
