I got a cup of Kikusen cup which I bought on the way back from my trip to Tochigi in GW.
It was a delicious, easy to drink sake with a slightly sweet aroma and a clean taste 😊👍✨.
The fourth picture is from our trip to Daigo during Obon, where we had oden (oden) and sake (sake) before going. I haven't had much Kanazawa oden🍢🤣🤣🤣.

◉Kikuizumi Hitosuji Sparkling Junmai Sake
The second fermentation in the bottle is made using the neck freeze method, which is a Champagne process where the bottle is turned upside down to collect the lees and only that part of the bottle is frozen.

I have an image of Kikusen as a standard Saitama sake brewery, but in a good way,
The taste is smooth and has a raw, unfiltered character, but in a good sense, it has a sake-like, sake-like, and austere taste that is typical of Musashikuni and Saitama Prefecture sake.
