This is also a very elegant sake with a slight ginjo aroma for a honjozo level.
However, I feel that a little more sweetness would be better suited for everyday Japanese dining.
Sake and Sake vol.3 ④
We joined Higu and Nanoha and had a great time 😚.
You can hear the sound of gas popping every time you pour 😚😚.
Shuwa shuwa 🫧🥂.
Fruity, sweet and sour with a bit of apricot flavor.
Memorandum📝.
A little drink at an eel restaurant.
It is alsobeerated, but it is refreshing and easy to drink.
It is refreshing like summer sake.
It goes perfectly with grilled liver.
At the end of the year, I went out to drink and had free time for dinner solo.
Went to Kawagoe.
I had a new sake from Saitama Prefecture at the tasting corner in Koedo-Kura-ri.
For 500 yen, you can get 3 coins and taste 3 kinds of sake.
Rikishi, Seiun, and Kikusen.
We enjoyed the freshness of each new sake👍.
Good morning(s).
I went in the fall and it was mostly fall sake, but you have a dynamic seasonal selection.
I'm glad I happened to go in the fall because I love fall sake!
Tenranzan Dai-harakuchi looks appealing too!
Good morning, Shinsho 😊.
There was quite a bit of new sake Shiboritate available, including sales.
I think I've had Tenranzan Dai-harakuchi before, but I forgot, so I'll check it out again.
Asakusa, purchased during a business trip. Took about 5 minutes to open the bottle.
It has a firm sweetness, but with a strong schwash, and is nicely balanced. It is a bit like a slightly sweeter version of the active cloudy version of the Liqueur Spring.
The overall flavor is rich, but the low alcohol content is also appreciated.
The inside of the bowl in which it is poured is truly a light snowfall.
〜Sake of the summer
Kikusen Junmai-shu Unfinished Nama-shu from Fukaya City, Saitama 🍶.
Complex taste with acidity and umami, 18% alcohol by volume.
I thought the lingering taste was similar to the "Shunshin Junmai-shu" from Ishikawa, which I drank in April 🥰.
I was talking about o-hagi with a friend at the gym and I got a craving for them, so I stopped by the supermarket on my way home and bought some 🛒.
Good evening, Mr. Aaru Sake 🌛.
This is a bottle with a balance of acidic umami and strong alcohol ✨
[Ohagi!] Sometimes I have a craving for them 😁.
I went to buy o-hagi after seeing this post, the red bean paste after drinking is very special 😋.
Hi Gyve ☀☀☀.
I see you went to buy some o-hagi.
The hand-rolled o-hagi at this supermarket are very popular, and they also sell only anko (red bean paste) 😋They were sold out on this day, but the zunda o-hagi are also delicious 👍.
Another Kikusen from Takizawa Shuzo.
This is apparently a ginjo-nama sake brewed with "sake musashi," a rice suitable for sake brewing in Saitama Prefecture.
The name "Sake Musashi" is very good, isn't it?
It has a fruity aroma like an apple and a rich taste, but it also has a sharpness.
I see...apples...I see...
I was thinking of having dessert to finish off the meal, but it was so sweet and delicious that I didn't need it.
Thank you very much!
