This is #Kikuizumi Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake from #Takizawa Shuzo in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture.
The aroma is mild and banana-like. The palate is full of rice flavor and richness. The slight bitterness and pungent spiciness finish it off. I had it cold tonight, but it would definitely be delicious warmed up. It is my favorite type of sake.
