Ganki" sake from Yamaguchi, purchased at Tokyo station on return to Kanto from Osaka business trip and Kyoto golf My wife was out of town during the day, so I cooked dinner by myself, using kelp salt in various places. Now, what about the "GANKI"? Yes, it was a hit! A little fizzy and concentrated with a great flavor and aroma, and it goes down your throat so smooth and smooth 😊. Is it really junmai sake? Is it really junmai sake? It's about as good as it gets 🍶. I got a sticker at Tokyo station selling it directly! The packaging is great too 😊.

I went to Ponshukan in Echigo Yuzawa Station to sample from about 100 different brands! The system is that you buy 10 coins for 1,000 yen and drink them all while putting in the designated number of coins. The picture shows a selection of brands that I particularly liked 😻The Takachiyo sake brewery is all delicious! Even the liquor stores around the station were offering tastings 😻I guess it's a fierce battleground for sake breweries lol lol lol. Uonuma is famous for its heavy snowfall, but even when there is no snow, the countryside and ski slopes give it a unique sense of openness that I highly recommend 🤭.

The spoils of our recent autumn foliage trip from Uonuma to Yuzawa 🍁. Takachiyo Sake Brewery has always been one of my favorite breweries! It is dry, yet has a strong umami flavor and richness, and is the embodiment of careful craftsmanship!

I don't drink super dry wine that much, but I was curious about its popularity in Europe and the U.S., so I bought it. It is sharp and dry, yet mellow at the same time! It seems to go especially well with meat 🍖, so it's no wonder it's popular overseas!

I'm offsite at the company tomorrow and I'm supposed to be drinking sake? The board of directors already told me not to worry about it, so I do, but I don't care 😆. Kuroryu is also delicious! I realized again that I really like mellow sake, which is crisp but has a strong aroma and flavor of rice. Personally, I think Hokuriku has the best rice in Japan 😋.

I had to join them at 9:00 p.m. for work, even though my friends had already started drinking at 7:00 p.m., and I started pouring down beer with a rocket start, ignoring the alpa-drinking! First time in my life I had a 14yo lol! What is this? What is this ⁉︎ sake ⁉︎😋😋😋😋? It has almost no alcohol and the aroma and flavor is so overwhelming that it's the strongest ever and goes down so smoothly. It's just too much! It's amazing! I'm not sure how I feel about this. I'm not sure what to think 😂. Oysters, sea urchins and salmon roe! This one too! Yes the winner 🏆.

On the third day of my business trip to Osaka (although I'm off Saturday and Sunday, I'm staying because I'm off Friday and Monday in Osaka), I toasted with Nanasho, a Nagano souvenir I received 🍻. The mild and mellow sake was different from yesterday's Nakazen, which is also delicious 😋. I chose "Ichiko" this time on APA's VOD! Phew 〜〜〜〜〜! Enjoy Nagano souvenirs given to me in Tokyo before my business trip to Osaka at the hotel🏨. It is dry but has a strong aroma and mellow flavor, giving a powerful impression! While staying alone in the hotel room, I watched the movie "Shogeki," which reminded me that people have different values and I wish the world could be a place where it is easy for everyone to live! I was reminded that there is a tendency in Japan to want to be somewhat level or average (to get rid of the unevenness?), but I was not so impressed by this tendency. Yes yes yes! Delicious! The gusto of flavor? Aroma? What does "mellow" mean? ←I'm sure it's a drink where you can feel the power of the sake on the palate. I lifted the ban on the Bishou, which had been sitting in the fridge as an absolute delicacy (I hadn't decided when I was going to drink it)! I made myself some oden, which I like to eat in the cooler months, to go with the unseasonal summer sake, and I'm all set. How much do you love oden? In the future, I dream of having a drink while cooking dinner in the kitchen in the evening! And the sake tasted dry but mellow and delicious! Too good 😆.
