Kansai Salmon Festival (11)
Lastly, I had my own notes on this sake.
Junmai Sake Rumiko no Sake Unfiltered Nama Hanabi Version
My first "Rumiko's Sake" 🎉.
A clear aroma of rice, a sweet taste of rice on the first sip, then a sharp finish with a clean aftertaste.
It has a pleasant sweetness, yet it is a refreshing and crisp sake to drink while watching fireworks!
In addition to the sake I uploaded here, the lineup also included "Murasakuchu", "Garakudai", "Takeyuki I love you", and "Yokoyama", which everyone seemed to enjoy 😁.
I'm a little sad I forgot to drink the Purple Space, but I'm sure I'll run into it again soon✨.
It was a fun day to be able to attend the party again, and although I had never met Gura-san before, we were able to exchange information about each other's hometowns 👍.
And that's the end of the first meeting with Mr. Gura ✨.
I'll post a summary of the second party next time 🔚.
Good evening to you too, ma-ki-chan 🌛.
I really appreciate this kind of opportunity because I can't drink many kinds of sake in my hometown 😁.
I had a great time exchanging information with everyone ✨.
The meeting with Mr. Gula ⑭
Rumiko's sake, which I've avoided in the past because I drank RIE STYLE and Ei from the same brewery and found them to be quite dry.
It's like a summer sake made by adding water to unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
This is my first Rumiko sake, but I think it's too dry and not enough for me... Also, this sake is too hard for me...
I'm not going to drink Rumiko's sake at home anymore 🙄.
Good evening, Mr. Nochi😊.
Ah, your face is different from the label I often see 😳
I was feeling a little uncomfortable.
Your evasive skills are amazing 🤣.
Once opened, no turning back style
Smells like yogurt
Light mouthfeel, lactic acid flavor, slight sweetness and rice flavor. Slowly bitterness. Refreshing in the mouth. Delicious! I found myself drinking it quickly and no need to put the lid on.
Memorandum.
It was a little fruity (I think).
I'll write it down when I drink it next time.
I was taught that "dry" and "super dry" are very unique and there are no clear values or standards.
I heard that unfiltered is called "sppin" in sake terminology. I had never heard of it before. It has a refreshing taste with a darker flavor that is typical of nama sake.
