Although it is listed as super-harsh +14, it felt more like a mild food sake than a spicy sake, probably because it was laid down in the last glass.
It has just the right amount of umami and acidity, and although it is a draft sake, it would be good warmed up.
Overall, I have the image of Mie sake as having a good balance of umami and sweetness.
After leaving the first restaurant with my drinking buddy, I followed him to a restaurant he wanted to try. He told me that last time he couldn't get in because the restaurant was full. This time, after a short wait, they were able to get in. It's a small place run by a couple, but the atmosphere is stylish and young. They recommended heated sake, so I tried my first brand. It was delicious, with a gentle flavor.

Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
A lady was coming out in front of the booth 😄.
I looked over and saw a set of hot sake on the table ♨️
She said heated sake is the main attraction 😆.
While asking for heated sake, I first had a little cold 🧊.
Slightly acidic. Strong mouthfeel 😤.
Finally, I get a heated ♨️.
The acidity has disappeared and the mouthfeel is mellow and creamy. It was creamy. You can feel the sake spreading in your mouth 😊.
Certainly the sake is more appealing when heated 🥰.
