It is a very delicious sake with a full and calm taste, probably due to the fact that it has been aged for quite a while.

Sake brought by Umaisan from another table.
It's a pure rice sake, Rumiko's sake, unfiltered, raw, fireworks version.
It has a slight umami, elegant sweetness, and a refreshing taste. It also tastes very Japanese, but still has a summery sake-like taste.
The manager and someone were talking about something about different labels and this one was a fireworks label, but I didn't know what they were talking about... 🤣
There was another picture of Rumiko's sake No. 9 yeast unfiltered raw in the LINE album, so maybe what we drank wasn't the fireworks version💦.
