Basically, the gaseous taste is bitterness, but while it has a certain amount of gaseous taste, it is so delicious that I think it is the most ☝️ delicious sake I have had recently 🥰 I can't describe how delicious it is because I have a stupid tongue, but it is not sweet and absurdly easy to drink, although I have an image that spring sake is sweet.
I almost finished the whole bottle.

It has a slightly bubbly taste. It is not sweet and has a sharp bitter taste! The aroma is gentle and refreshing, and it goes down your throat nicely.
This is your first time to see the crimson of Shiratakesen.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight carbonation.
It has a moderate acidity, a moderate sweetness, and a refreshing dry taste.
It's the kind of sake you can gobble down when you're thirsty.
