We couldn't end on a sweet note, so we chose Hakugaku Sen🗻 for our last drink.
I have an image that Jive-san often drinks it, but this is the first time I've had it 💡.
It is a hiyaoroshi-goshi, so you can feel a little bit of maturity, but the acidity makes it flow smoothly and it was an appropriate sake for the last cup 🍶.
It was around 11:30pm when I realized I had to work the next day, but it had been a while since I drank until late 💧.
I watched Rafa enter the ticket gate as usual and went home 🚈.

We got excited with rafa and drank until the last train 👍.
I personally like "Hakugaku Sen" because the label has a sense of unity and it's beautiful ✨.
The aroma is subdued. It has a clean and crisp mouthfeel reminiscent of a light dry sake, followed by the clear and mellow umami that is typical of jungin, and then it finishes crisp and clean. The impression does not change much even at room temperature. The taste is very typical of Hakugakusen, which is made from Gohyakumangoku rice.
It has a slightly carbonated taste with the umami of rice as the main flavor.
The aftertaste is refreshingly bitter and crisp.
It is comfortable to drink, and you will find yourself drinking more and more of it.

The beautiful quality of the sake remains the same, but the umami and richness has increased and it is quite delicious.
