After enjoying several sake and a meal at a sake bar, I asked the staff if I could have something to drink instead of dessert, and they introduced me to the "Ame-dareishi wo tsukutsu 3rd", a sake made from noble brewed sake.
Ame-dareishi wo tsukutsu," which was featured in a line from the morning drama "Tora ni Tsubasa," which recently reached its final episode.
We had high expectations for the thickening sensation when the sake was poured.
The first sip has a fruity aroma.
The taste is very rich. The sweetness is just right for dessert, but the flavor is so deep that you can enjoy the aftertaste...
It's my first time to experience this.
I want to drink it again.
