Reuto
Purchased at a souvenir shop at Toyama Station on a business trip to Toyama.
This is the first time to drink Naekaya's Junmai Ginjo-shu.
It is delicious.
It is quite sweet and a little bit thick.
The alcohol content is 17%, which is strong but easy to drink. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, and the taste is elegant.
Perhaps due to the storage conditions of the sake (such as not being exposed to air), it was sometimes difficult to taste when drinking it outside, but when drinking it at home, you can taste it well.
It is delicious with a strong flavor that is as good as Kazuchi's.
I am planning another business trip to Toyama in the near future, so I would like to buy some sake from this series.
