Purchased at a souvenir shop at Toyama Station on a business trip to Toyama. This is the first time to drink Naekaya's Junmai Ginjo-shu. It is delicious. It is quite sweet and a little bit thick. The alcohol content is 17%, which is strong but easy to drink. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, and the taste is elegant. Perhaps due to the storage conditions of the sake (such as not being exposed to air), it was sometimes difficult to taste when drinking it outside, but when drinking it at home, you can taste it well. It is delicious with a strong flavor that is as good as Kazuchi's. I am planning another business trip to Toyama in the near future, so I would like to buy some sake from this series.

Monsoon from Laughing Four Seasons Brewery. It tastes just as the tag says: sweet and thick. I realize once again that I personally prefer fruity sake to sweet sake. Good for those who like sweet sake. They say the sake was inspired by German noble rot wine. I totally get it. I realized again that I like regular wine better than German ice wine or something sweet. If you like German sweet wine, I recommend this wine. Unusual taste.

TAGA Lab is a pilot, one-time-only sake that is prepared in small quantities. A once-in-a-lifetime sake. I bought it because of its interesting approach. I had previously tried AZM Opus from the same brewery and enjoyed it immensely, so that was another reason I gave it a try. The alcohol content is 15% and it comes on strong, It is quite tart and fruity. The description says it smells like bananas, but I can't tell if it is banana-like or not, but it is unique and delicious. But it tastes like sake. The sweetness is also quite strong. As expected of an experimental sake. Interesting and tasty. I would like to try another TAGA Lab if I have a chance.

I bought it for about 900 yen for 720 ml, so it is a reasonably priced sake. It is not that sweet, and is fairly easy to drink. It has a very average taste. As the description says, it is good for everyday drinking. On the other hand, there is nothing impressive or special about it, so it is good for everyday drinking at a reasonable price.

When I drank the Kirakucho Junmai Sake, I found it to be drier and more refreshing than I had imagined. It is easy to drink. Conversely, it does not have much character or individuality, so it is difficult to write an impression of it. It is a light and enjoyable sake to drink at home.

Covered with a special film, I had been a little curious about it for a while and bought it at the supermarket. Being a freshly stored sake, it has a direct taste of fresh sake. The alcohol content is high at 19 degrees and the sweetness is very strong. It tastes like sake. It has a traditional taste, not a fashionable fruit aroma or anything like that.

I ran to Lake Biwa when I heard that a whale had been sighted there, and this sake was there. The alcohol content is 20%, and the moment you drink it, it hits you hard. The aroma, the sweetness, the alcohol, it all hit you the moment you drank it. As one would expect from a whale. The largest living creature on the earth, so don't be intimidated. It's probably because it's a raw sake that it's like this. It is a unique sake. I would like to drink a variety of sake from Shiga Prefecture, but there are so many different kinds of sake. I wonder when I will be able to say that I have had enough of Shiga's sake, and I will drink sake again today.

We had a pizza with sake at PIZA Parlor taupo, a famous Italian restaurant in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, which uses only the finest ingredients from Shiga Prefecture. It was delicious, with a soft, elegant flavor of light-brown rice. The pizza dough and the sake were equally delicious. The pizza dough and sake are fermented in the same way, and since the pizza was lightly seasoned and not oily, they went very well together.

I drank AZM opus 13, a junmai ginjo made with "mizukagami" (water chestnut) from Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture. The aroma type is described as grapefruit-pineapple, with a refreshing acidity. It is light, easy to drink, and delicious. I can't stop drinking it.
