The fresh aroma, which reminds one of rumune, is moderate. When you drink it, the aroma of rice and grains that passes through to the nose gives a strong impression of freshness from the freshly pressed sake. It is delicious. The cleanliness that is typical of jungin is balanced by the roughness and bitterness that is typical of freshly squeezed sake.

It was a solid impression sake that fit the concept of the product, but personally I felt it was a bit pricey for a home-drinker, considering that I could buy local Sakurafukiyuki Shiboritate for about half the price. The flavor deteriorated quickly, so it tastes better if you open the bottle and drink it as soon as possible.
