Attracted by the lively neck POP and cool label, we took some home. It is "Hanabi," a summer sake from the Yoshida Shuzo brewery in Fukui. It has a soft and fluffy sweetness in the mouth, followed by a gassy acidity, and then it quickly finishes.
We enjoyed this refreshing summer sake with tempura of young sweetfish as a side dish.
I am looking forward to the "Hokuriku Summer Sake Festival," and to the sake from other breweries as well.

Eiheiji Hakuryu Junmai Daiginjo Nama Storage.
It has a slightly gorgeous aroma of rice and grains.
It has a smooth and smooth texture on the tongue, and the acidity and sweetness come together with a little firm umami to create a harmony.
The acidity asserts itself from the mid-palate, and the umami and sweetness are also present, so the wine is not bland in its beautiful flavor, but has depth and a good sense of body.
It is also good when lightly heated.

After Mansaku-no-Hana, we opened a bottle of this week's "Mansaku-no-Hana", which we got at KITTE Osaka the other day!
This is my first time to drink Hakuryu from Yoshida Shuzo!
This time it was Yoshimine!

The first day
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the fruity, gentle sweetness and full-bodied flavor.
I couldn't help but say, "Yummmm!
The lingering aftertaste is a gentle spiciness that spreads in the mouth.
The feeling that the taste is carried by the mild taste is unforgettable~!
I was a little surprised at the sweet and fruity taste, which is my favorite, because I had an image of a dry wine.
Day 3
Today, too, the sweet and fruity flavor permeates the taste buds.
I can feel more sweetness and umami.
There is a slight complexity in the middle part of the bottle, but it remains beautiful and delicious until the second half.
The aftertaste is refreshing and lingers in the back of the throat.
First time for me to drink Hakuryu!
I am very thankful to have met Shiraryu-san and Sake-no-Wa if I hadn't started the restaurant.
This week, too, I was healed and recharged by delicious sake!
