Junmai Sake
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol 14%.
Due to the high milling ratio, you can taste the full flavor of the rice.
The mild alcohol content makes it very easy to drink.
It is an orthodox sake with a deep flavor.
A weekend that felt like spring,
I was attracted by the cute cherry blossom bunting bottle and drank it.
It's so delicious!
I love it so much!
It's a junmai daiginjo, so it has a beautiful mouthfeel,
The richness of the light nigori taste was irresistible!
I opened a bottle of the wine I had received. I first drank it in a wine glass with the sediment still in it, and it was like champagne. After that, I drank it with nigori sake. Elegant is the best word to describe it.
Special Junmai from Fukumasomune.
As expected from Fukumitsuya,
Like Kurobiki and Kagatobi, it has good orthodox warmed sake 👍.
The flavor of the warmed sake is crisp and clean.
It was a cosy sake with just the right amount of fizz and a refreshing taste!
