This is one of the bottles in a set of sake comparison set given to me by a colleague.
It is a sake made by Fukumitsuya, which also makes Kagatobi.
After the classic aroma, it had a clean taste and a modern aroma, a true fusion of old and new.
Because it was 300 ml, it was gone in an instant.
It is on the level of a personal candidate for purchase in a bottle. The degree is also good at 14 degrees!
Fukumasakumune Kiniro no Shizuku Cup Sake
Junmai-shu 200ml
Alcohol content 13%.
Yesterday I had a drinking party with my colleagues at a yakitori restaurant near Kanazawa station. I was able to get a half-price hotel room with the Hokuriku discount, but since it was Wednesday, everyone decided to keep it light and we broke up before 9pm💦.
I'm not going to Daigo by myself...
I bought this drink at FamilyMart and drank it 🍶.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't more than 200 yen, but it was surprisingly refreshing and tasty 😋.
I think it's a bottle of junmai-shu (pure rice sake)?
Maybe I'll buy some next time 😃.
At my favorite standing bar☆!
The first sip of this sake is mellow and delicious! As time goes by, the weight of the sake increases little by little. It becomes more like sake.
But I like it.
Drink comparison on a trip to Kanazawa (1)
I visited this place six months ago and liked it.
Kanazawa Sake Brewery is located in "Ant", a souvenir shop in Kanazawa station.
3-sake set (with snacks) 1,000 yen🙌
Perfect for when you have some extra time to buy some souvenirs and then take the train, shinkansen, or highway bus 💡.
This one was my favorite of the three.
The royal road!
Tasteful, with a light aftertaste.

Only "Hyakunensui," natural water from the Hakusan foothills, and "Yamadanishiki," the highest grade of sake rice grown under contract, are used in the brewing of this sake. Junmai Daiginjo "Kanazawa," carefully brewed with traditional techniques, is a limited edition sake available only at the brewery.
The label motif, "Kaga Hachiman Kiagari," is a local doll familiar to people as a charm for good health and to ward off bad luck. A precious remnant painting by haiga artist Sunao Komatsu, who painted numerous works in Kanazawa from the Taisho to Showa periods and had a close relationship with Fukumitsuya.
