Smooth, tender, sweet and sour nigori sake! It is said that this sake is a reintroduction of the production method from the Muromachi period 🤔. The alcohol content is low at 3% and easy to drink like amazake. It was easy to drink like amazake.

Not sake, not amazake? It looks like amazake, but not as sweet as amazake. I can feel the history of how it was drunk in the past. It may be easy to drink for those who don't like sake. This sake is a modern reissue of Hakata's famous jidenzake, which was considered one of the three most beautiful sake by Taikoh Hideyoshi. The sake has a sake strength of -134. It is thick, silky, and quite sweet. It is like a milk dessert. The rough texture left in the mouth is like that of grated apple. People around me said it was too sweet, but I personally liked the sweetness. Date of production: August 2022
