It may be the best hit I have had this year!
Lately, I've come to think that mellow types of sake are also delicious.
It's great hot or at room temperature, and I felt the goodness of each at all temperatures.
It's a little sweet, but it cuts through quickly and isn't cloying.
Perfect for this time of year ✨✨ I thought it would be great any time of year except in the middle of summer!
I'm thinking of buying a bottle if I can find it.
After a night shift, two days late, I dashed to
I went to Ohbuchi Sake Shop.
I received the new Sagaminada sake I was looking for.
The opening ceremony: ‼️
First, the supernatant...
A little bit of spiciness and acidity followed.
The lees are mazemaze...
The super fine sparkle that I love so much is still there 💪...
It's too good as always every year 🍶.
Rice, rice malt, brewing alcohol
Alcohol content 16%.
Polishing ratio 60
I forget the details, but it seems to be a blend of several different types of sake.
Honjozo Autumn Agari ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 16%, Alcoholic
Since we had been purchasing items from our trip to Yamagata, we decided to have a local sake from Kanagawa Prefecture to change things up a bit😅.
The sake is dry on the palate with a good balance of acidity and bitterness, with a nice sharpness and rice flavor 😋.
The label design is "Fugaku Sanjurokkei Kanagawaoki Namiura" by Katsushika Hokusai, which is the same as the design on the new 1,000 yen bill 🤗.

Junmai Ginjo Omachi from Sagaminada was served at the Odawara Kamaboko Dori Revitalization Council's "Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from 13 Breweries". The taste and aroma were both outstanding.
The third photo is a gelato from the gelato shop "Ryugu-do" at the reception desk. It is also very delicious.
