Junmai Ginjo Omachi from Sagaminada was served at the Odawara Kamaboko Dori Revitalization Council's "Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from 13 Breweries". The taste and aroma were both outstanding.
The third photo is a gelato from the gelato shop "Ryugu-do" at the reception desk. It is also very delicious.

The balance of sweetness and umami is good right from the start, which is a relief. After a while on the tongue, a slight astringency comes in.
