My favorite winter specialty of Sagaminada. After a month and a half of storage... Let's open the package: ‼️ First, the top clear soup... sweet... Maze-maze... Slightly spicy... Two, three times... oh, the ultra-fine bubbles explode... I knew it was good... 👍

Rice polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 16%. This is a nigori type of Kubota's standard new sake. There is also a clear type without orikori, but I think nigori with sweetness is better suited for a crisp honjozo. This year, the alcohol content is a little stronger. As the brewer who was selling it said, it might have been better to let it sit a little longer.

I drank this year's new sake as it came out. ・Light and dry. Light and dry, with a light texture but slightly carbonated. Nigori (nigori) sake Aroma of rice like amazake First, you feel a slight carbonation, followed by a hint of sweetness. Aftertaste is a carbonated sharpness. This is a new sake, freshly made in November. The carbonation is very effective since it was opened at the mouth this time. It is a nigori sake, but it is light, with a moderate sweetness and no bitterness, making it very easy to drink and delicious.
