Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 16%. This is Sagaminada's standard new sake. Every year, it is difficult to decide between clear and nigori, but this year we chose nigori. It has a nice sharpness and bitterness combined with the sweetness of orikara. As always, this small Kanagawa sake brewery is highly competent.

Sagaminada Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Rating 4.4 Rice: Miyamanishiki from Nagano, Polishing ratio: 50%, Alcohol level: 16 This junmai ginjo is made from Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano and polished to 50%. It is brewed with orthodox No. 9 yeast to take advantage of the delicate Miyamanishiki characteristics. The lightness of Miyamanishiki and the refreshing ginjo aroma of No. 9 yeast will naturally make you drink more. Slightly dry and soft.

It is a rare honjozo (honjozo is a rare brewing method in Sagaminada. The top aroma is slightly like 🍈. When you drink it, it has a clean, unctuous taste and is very sharp. It is easy to drink with the refreshing taste of honjozo. On the second day, the sweetness and acidity increased, but it was still a clear sake.

I have been curious about this drink 🍶 lately. Rice】100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Polishing ratio: 60 Sake yeast No. 9 [Sake meter] +3 Acidity] 1.4 This special honjozo is made by polishing up to 60% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano. It is one of the few honjozo type sake from Sagaminada, but it is brewed completely by hand in the same way as daiginjo-type sake. It has excellent cost performance, so it is ideal for those who want to enjoy the rice flavor and clarity typical of Sagaminada. Nama-shu is available only during the winter season. 1,440 yen including tax This is outstanding! It is good as usual.
