Yellow cherry blossoms today. FUKU no Hinshu. I was so preoccupied with spring sake that I almost forgot to buy and drink a cup of fukyu finshu. The last winter sake of the season? A cup of seared tiger puffer fish fins that can be heated in a microwave 🐡. Taste.... With all due respect, better than expected! Since it's not lit on fire, the flavor is not quite as good as the ones sold in Yamaguchi, but it's a super easy way to enjoy a cup of fin sake at home with a good price. I mean, I don't know what it is about fin sake, but it makes me excited 🎶. The yellow cherry sake itself has a full and gentle flavor. The seller of puffer fish fins is Shunpanro, a very high-end puffer fish restaurant. Let's buy some next season.
