Fifth round of drinks with Mr. Go Nii-Go. Ban-noi Junmai Sake Hanazumu Enji I realized that I hadn't had any Iwate sake since yesterday, so I thought it was a bad idea and ordered this one! The alcohol content is light at 13%, but the flavor is rather rich! It also has a strong acidity, but it is quite sweet and delicious!

If the Hagino Sake Brewery, famous for its glasses-only and cat series, is the closest sake brewery to my home This is the only local sake brewery that brews sake. There are two other sake breweries, but they are out of the question because their main focus is not sake😁. When you open the bottle, you are greeted with a very rich rice aroma and alcohol feeling😆. The taste is also very rich and full of rice flavor and The sweetness of grains like sugar cane is impressive! It's not fruity at all lol. It's not fruity at all. It's a little hard to drink when you can feel it in the drink 😅. I fell asleep while writing this so I'm posting it at this time😁.
