🏠 Drinking ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I didn't care for the aroma. Crisp ‼️ and no bitterness. Maybe a light acidity when paired with veggies😊. For the entrée... Yakitori with sauce made with rice wine 🐓. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

Rice used, Ginga Yeast, Giovanni no Chikara Alcohol 9 degrees Personal preference among the four varieties: 1⃣ I saw "satsuma-jiru" in a cooking manga and was curious to make it: ☺️ Miso soup with lots of ingredients and sweet sweet sweet potatoes🍠. Perfect for 🍶´- closing 🍶´- full stomach! I love soup after all. ❣️

🏠 Drinking ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ 4 kinds of wine I've been interested in for a long time. We are now offering PayPay reduction for a low price! The first sip is sweet! The sweetness is so strong that there is a slight bitterness at the end. The rice used is Miyamanishiki. Yeast: Giovanni no Chikara Alcohol 13 degrees Celsius Personal preference among the four types 3️⃣ Lunch 🍽 while accompanying my sister to the hospital. Ponchan konbanha(o´o)no~~~ I was wondering about the label and the type: ☺️ I want to say I recommend it because it doesn't have a bitter taste, but the manufacturing date is 2 years ago😅. It's awesome because it has different kinds of ingredients for sashimi and seafood bowl ✨.

Manta-san konban-ha(o´ω`o)no~~ This lunch is perfect for Manta 😁. Kaisendon with seafood 🍚 sashimi 🍚 fried fish tartar 🍚 and it's good for you! They also have sake, but only for those who eat a lot😆.

Sincerity Junmai-shu 15% 65% 720ml 1430yen I saw this brand for the first time at Togoshiginza station, so I bought it. This brewery brews "IWANOI". This is a "white label". There seem to be dark blue, green, purple, etc. It is light, mellow, and slightly dry. Good for eating. Impression is a little thin. Rating 3.8 (out of 5.0) 20230227

My parents gave it to me at home, and I took the opportunity to enjoy it. The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is refreshingly sweet. It is easy to drink, and I thought it would be good as an aperitif. It would go well with sashimi.

Fifth round of drinks with Mr. Go Nii-Go. Ban-noi Junmai Sake Hanazumu Enji I realized that I hadn't had any Iwate sake since yesterday, so I thought it was a bad idea and ordered this one! The alcohol content is light at 13%, but the flavor is rather rich! It also has a strong acidity, but it is quite sweet and delicious!
