Hot sake with Ibaraki crab shells from Abashiri
It's like fin sake!
Bessan, sometimes your favorite hot sake is good too!
a great deal of knowledge to be gleaned from
-Ingredients - Japanese rice
-Sake degree - +1.0
-Rice polishing ratio - 71
-Alcohol - 15.7
It is sold in February, but I was curious about it after the change of the toji (master brewer) ❗I actually drank it a few times at izakaya (Japanese style pubs) 😅.
As Takku0103 mentioned, the sweetness was a little less this year, giving it a more old-fashioned feel!
This one is good too 😋I'm looking forward to see how it will be next year 😊.
Hello Mr. Noodle ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I see that this year's was spicier than usual 😳
I'm not sure if the spicier one is a return to the original flavor though?
It would be fun to compare the different years 😆.
Hello, Mr. Noodle Sake King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I was surprised by the taste of the "Northern Victory" you gave me 🥰.
I'm also interested in this one, which is a draft sake, but it's so rare that it's called [phantom sake] 😅.
Good evening, Mr. Menshuoh 😃I'd like to drink again when I see freshly squeezed sake at this time of the year 🤤I see that you have released a new super dry junmai pure rice sake called Kitanokatsu "Hou" 😲I must try this one.... I'll have to try it ✨
Good evening, bouken 😃.
The sweetness has been very pronounced recently, which was delicious in its own way, but just a little heavier ❗The base has not changed, but as you say, it is fun to have a different taste every year 😊.
Hi Jive, good evening 😃.
The Kitano-Katsu-Okai that I sent you is a good sake that we often drink here and can be heated up 😊We have many other sake that you can try 😊.
Good evening, Takku0103!
I received Hou from a friend ❗I am looking forward to opening the bottle 🤤It is a limited edition sake so I would love to get it ❗Let's drink it and exchange information!
It was given to me some time ago as a gift from my hometown.
It is a sake with a sharp taste, but with sweetness and umami coming through.
It seems to go well with all kinds of snacks.
It has been quite a long time since it was made, so even if it is not at its original potential, it tastes satisfying. ❗️
East Hokkaido tasted a sake from Nemuro.
I brought this one to a drinking party at a friend's house.
The reason why I felt it had a classic, light taste may be because I drank it after "Hana-yosu".
It was a delicious sake with a clear taste reminiscent of the frozen winter in the north.
This is "Kita no Katsu Junmai Sake" from Katsusaburo Usui Shoten, the easternmost brewery in Japan, located in Nemuro City, Hokkaido.
This junmai sake is made from 100% Ginpu, a sake rice produced in Hokkaido, and is a delicious sake with the flavor and richness of rice, but with a refreshing aftertaste due to its acidity.
