My favorite kind of sake. I became a fan at once.
The palate has a mild, soft acidity, umami, and a slight carbonation feeling after the citric acidity has been removed from the corners.
The freshness that passes through the nose is well balanced with the taste of rice. The final taste is sweetness and a crisp aftertaste.
I think this is a sake that can be enjoyed as a sweet treat. I wonder if it would go well with squid or something sticky!
I think it is similar to the Murayu of 2 years ago.
