My favorite kind of sake. I became a fan at once. The palate has a mild, soft acidity, umami, and a slight carbonation feeling after the citric acidity has been removed from the corners. The freshness that passes through the nose is well balanced with the taste of rice. The final taste is sweetness and a crisp aftertaste. I think this is a sake that can be enjoyed as a sweet treat. I wonder if it would go well with squid or something sticky! I think it is similar to the Murayu of 2 years ago.

It has a fruity aroma, so is it sweet? It is dry, but it has a different face when you drink it. After the acidity spreads pleasantly, the umami of the rice spreads and the aftertaste is pleasant. It has a pleasant aftertaste, something I have never had before. It would go well with grilled green fish.

The palate is robust and sweet, with a slight tanginess in the mid-palate. The aftertaste is also heavy and acidic. It was unopened, but maybe I let it sit a little too long...?

Chilled Mouthfeel: smooth, but not only easy to drink, but also umami. Middle: Thick umami and sweetness, with a hint of acidity and a touch of alcohol. Finish: A slight lingering aftertaste. Hot Mouthfeel: acidity, but still smooth and firm. Medium Unlike Hiya, there is no acidity and it is delicious. Al-ness is still there. Aftertaste: Heavy, including miscellaneous flavors.
