I was writing a comment and when I tried to correct it, the whole post disappeared and I was heartbroken... 😓.
Sorry to Jay & Nobby and Hirupeko who had commented 😭
One step you come back to when you are tired of many things🍀.
Not too gorgeous, not too light, with an elegant bitter accent. No doubt 🥰.
I will do my best again!
Hi Mamio 🌞Sad to see the whole post disappear 😭
I had a bottle of Ippodo's Light Nigori last year and it was delicious, so after reading your review, I wanted to try it again👍!
Good evening, Mamio. I know it's a shock to see your post disappear 😭I'm looking forward to seeing more of your one-step-self in the future. I'm so tempted to drink nigori 😆.
Good evening, Manachie 🌛It disappears quite easily 😭.
We still have plenty of light nigori at Tagami 😁By the way, we also have Jungin from Ototo 🤣! 😁By the way, we also have Jungin from Ototo 🤣.
Hi Hirupeko, good evening 🌛The 7 sages are gone 😭I drink a variety of them and then take a step back to myself about once a month and breathe a sigh of relief 😊Usu nigori is delicious 😊I need to buy up all of them again before next year!
Good evening Jay & Nobby 🌛I'm shocked that it disappeared quite easily 😭 light nigori, it's delicious 🥰I'm jealous that Kashiwaji-san has a new drink in the house 🤣.
Good aroma with a fair amount of alcohol. It has a slightly sweet, refreshing taste, with a moderate acidity and a bitter taste at the end.
The white label light nigorigo is also as delicious as expected. Thanks to you, Shosen-san, I can taste myself one step further.
Rice: Miyamanishiki

Ibuki" is a sake brewed step by step, without haste and without relaxation. Ibuki" is a new brand created in 2011 by Ken'yuki Yanai, the 9th generation brewer of Toyokuni Shuzo in Ishikawa County, Fukushima Prefecture, which was founded in the Tenpo era.
The production volume is said to be small, but the sake is clear, tasty, reasonably priced, and highly satisfying.
The light nigori has a fruity aroma and a hint of sweetness. Is it the sweetness of Miyamanishiki? Since the first time we drank sake in Fukushima, Ippouki has become one of my son's favorites 😊.
I drank nigori before, so this time I tried clear sake.
Delicious😄.
The umami acidity is of course delicious, but the exquisite bitterness is irresistible. I personally think it's a good sake for a mealtime drink!
I think it mellows out a bit after a day of drinking. I think I like it better when it is freshly opened 😊.
sake made without added alcohol or sugar
Fresh, acidic and spicy. A little sweetness, a little caramel. It is different from Ibuki's strong umami. It has umami, but it's still umami. It has a gradually increasing umami flavor. 86 points.
Sweetness: 2.8
Sourness:3.3
Dryness:2.6
Aroma: 2.6
This was my first time drinking it and it was so well balanced that I want to drink it again and again🍶.
It had just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness, and the right amount of shades of gray.
My impression is that it is fruity.
