We brought along a brand that we enjoyed drinking at a tavern we entered on our trip to Fukushima City and Aizu.
I think it was one of the sake that I was offered by the owner when I told him I wanted to try a sake with a good taste of rice.
It was already full of rice flavor!
It had a hint of sweetness and fullness, but was balanced without leaving too much of a lingering aftertaste.
The mouthfeel is not heavy and easy to drink.
It has jumped to the top ranker of my favorite Fukushima sake brands.
