Toyokuni Sake Brewery also seems to have suffered some damage.

We will have it with cold sake.
When you pour it into a glass, bubbles adhere to the side of the glass.
The color is a light misty cloudy.
The top aroma is mild, with hints of melon and pear.
The mouthfeel is slightly gassy with a hint of minerality.
It has a milky, slightly sweet and slightly umami taste that makes you aware that it is made from rice, and an astringent taste that is not unpleasant, each of which is harmonious and does not fight with each other.
The bitter aftertaste is followed by a sweet taste, and then a rippling finish, followed by another bitter taste and a slightly long aftertaste.
The last taste has a slight alcohol taste.
It is a well-balanced sake. It is good both as a food sake and on its own.
