Today I'm here with a friend for a two-day and one-night tour of sake breweries in Fukushima. We visited Suehiro Shuzo, Tsurunoe Shuzo, Miyazumi Meijo, Hiroki Shuzo, Akebono Goshi, and Toyokuni Shuzo Goshi before moving on to Koriyama.
Tonight, we will drink 12 kinds of sake at Izakaya Shinoya in front of Koriyama Station, mainly sake that we did not buy today!
First up is "Ippouki Junmai Ginjo".
It has a fruity, slightly banana aroma. The aroma is deep and spreads in the mouth.
It is a little expensive, but this sake, which is named "Cho," was truly super. It is refreshingly delicious. There is no reason or logic to its deliciousness. It is just delicious. I recommend it. ❗️
It has been a long time since Ippo-self drank at home.
