The aroma is sweet and mild. The mouthfeel is mild, with no gassy feeling, and a thick texture. The sweetness spreads and at the same time, a slightly bitter aftertaste remains. One step ahead 😭.
I prefer it without the gassiness, as I feel the contrast with the bitterness stands out more.

The aroma is not too strong...
and this one tastes like nothing I've ever had 😳
Sweet with a hint of bitterness and light and refreshing✨
Light, but it makes a statement when drunk after a meal 😳.
It reset my slightly bitter bamboo shoots, croquettes with lots of sauce, and garlicky fried chicken with just one sip ✨.
It was similar to the feeling I had when I went outside after a bad day, only to be blown by a fresh but strong yet enveloping warm wind that took all the bad things with it. (Am I tired?)

It's a holiday and the weather is fine, so I'm going touring.
Stalking and photographing the Toyokuni Sake Brewery, which brews my favorite sake, Ippodo, in the town of Furudono.
And moreover, the cherry blossoms of Koshidai in full bloom, which is rare to see in Japan.
We were so satisfied that we went home and immediately started drinking in the garden. Of course, I was accompanied by Ippo! (purchased in advance).
The fire-roasted Junmai sake is still very much in the Ippouki style of sweetness, umami, and tangy acidity, but it is more subdued and well-balanced than the Nama-shu, and is the star by itself! However, it also goes well with meals!
I like Ippoumai after all!

Went to Fukushima-kan looking for Ippo-self, which was recommended by someone at work.
There was no junmai ginjo, so I bought a light nigori.
It turned out to be a great success!
It tastes almost like Sengoku.
Including the fizzy and light nigori flavor, I felt it was very close.
