Ippouki's new product "Hishiki" (Secret Color)
The sweetness is moderate and the taste is firm, but it has a different impression from the previous Ippouki.
It has a refreshing acidity and an apple-like aroma.
I was curious to know what kind of color "Hi-iro" was, so I looked it up and found that it is a color name that imitates the beautiful skin color (shallow green) of celadon porcelain, which is a Chinese pottery. The mysterious beauty of the color is said to have given rise to the term "secret color. Hee-hee.
I couldn't read "hisoku" in the first place😅.
Good evening, MASSA. Secret color! I've already had it and it looks so good ‼️ that I was thinking I had to get it somehow. I'll try my best to get some 💨.

This sake has acidity, umami and sweetness. It is a well-balanced, soft and elegant sake. It is very easy to drink, and can be enjoyed both before and during meals.

It's been a long time since Ippo-self.
Last time it was Junmai, so I went for the slightly more expensive one.
But it's still a high-cost one.
Good aroma as soon as the bottle is opened.
It has a strawberry-like sweetness, followed by sourness and a light bitterness. Delicious.
It took me about 4 days to finish it, but it's still tasty and well balanced.
When I heated it up, the sweetness reached the back of my throat and made me feel warm 😊This is also delicious.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌕.
It really is, both are delicious 😋.
I'm still a little kid so I preferred cold sake 😁.
I hope to become an adult like Jay & Nobby who can appreciate heated sake soon 🤣.
The second cup from last weekend.
Ippo-self's Junmai Ginjo, which is available in limited quantities starting at the beginning of September. I wondered how it would be this year. The rice flavor and bitterness are well balanced.
It's good again this year.
I hope they make it a regular item, not just a limited time release.
Slightly fruity and ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the umami of the rice slowly expands, followed by a carefully crafted umami❣️
The bitterness that comes afterwards is also pleasant ☺️ you don't feel the high alcohol content😆I like this a lot😊❤️
Mellow sake. I was torn between this and Soushu, but I went with Menshu because it is more balanced and easier to drink than Soushu! It is very tasty with a sweetness of rice that is different from the fruity taste!
I think this is my favorite sake from Fukushima!
