The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I️ swallowed silver last time, so I️ am going to do gold this time. Silver to gold is rather natural. Silver was more dry than gold, so I don't know how it will be this time 🤣. I️ will open the bottle now. The aroma is apple-like 👍 The taste is also apple-like but with sweetness and umami of rice and less yamahai feeling 🤗It's very easy to drink. It's not more dry than dry, but it's hard to drink on its own 💦. At least it goes well with pizza and bulgogi. Personally, gold is delicious 😋.

This month's sake from Mimasu Sake Shop Subs and Mimasu Club. Hiraizumi Yamahai Junmai 3-year aged sake. According to the brewer, he recommends drinking it in a flat sake cup, and it certainly has a different flavor over time. It is a classic sake and would be delicious heated.

It's not like Yamahai even though it's Yamahai... it's sweet... The low alcohol content helps, it's really like a juice, but not too fruity, not too sweet, and easy to drink... delicious... I like Hirasen after all..!

CWS🍹 by Hiraizumi A series of cute labels. The nose is grapefruit. When you include it, it is smooth and juicy grapefruit, not chili. It's really a juice, this one... you can drink it all the time. When chilled and quiked, it's more pink grapefruit-like, and when it gets a little closer to room temperature, it's lemonade 🍋. I like this increased acidity! The sweet and sour is condensed and thickened, I like it. Maybe, I thought, I'll warm it up: ♨️ Oh, honey lemon, wow. This definitely tastes better warmed up! Hot honey lemon that also warms you up 🍯🍋🍯🍋. It was a sake that could be enjoyed at various temperatures without hesitation 🍶.

Sweet and sour and delicious! Is this sake? Is it a white wine? It's like a new genre. It is sweet and sour and fruity like a pear. I prefer it when well chilled. I think people who like the old-fashioned sake-like taste may not like it. I loved it. ❤️

☀️ I think the abbreviation of Yamahai Junmai as Yamajyun has a very Showa-esque feel to it, which accelerates the Yamahai-ness of it 😆. It has a light amber color 🟡. It has a full-bodied flavor and a sharp acidity, with a refreshing finish 🤗. From now on, when you see Yamahai Junmai, you will say "Ah! It's Yamajun! in your heart 🙄.
