I tried a sake from Hiraizumi that I had been curious about for some time. The aroma is subdued, and the taste is fresh and light, with a good acidity that does not overwhelm the sweetness. The low alcohol content makes it easy to recommend to people who are not accustomed to drinking sake.
After the bottle was opened, I had a cold and it was left out of gas for a while, but although it lost some of its freshness, it was still tasty due to its acidity.
After work, I was drinking!
I was curious to buy a label with my name on it.
I asked the clerk if I could have one that wasn't too sweet, and he said... sweet 💧.
But it's not bad!
Rather delicious!
It's a type of sweetness I've never tasted before... sweetness is quite strong, but not too much, like a fruit... what is this aftertaste, pungency? What is this aftertaste? The aftertaste is not just sweet, but has a depth to it...!
The description on the back says "vivid acidity like citrus fruits", "fresh sweetness", and "minerality". ......
I can tell it's a sweet but tasty sake... Comparing it to a certain daily sake I had at home, the difference is obvious... It's a delicious sake...!
I paired it with sashimi, nameko mushrooms and cod roe. It is a sweet sake and goes well with datemaki!
Thank you for the treat 🙏.
PS It goes so well with a dessert of cream cheese and dried fruits mixed and hardened...! 🧀🍇.
I was invited by a regular of my favorite bar to a year-end party called "Sake Bringing Party" ✨.
The number of people attending the party was quite large, so the number of sake brought by the guests was quite large 😁.
I couldn't finish all of it, and I was so drunk that I didn't take notes on the flavors, so please forgive me if this is a very fragmented review: 🙇♂️
The first bottle was Maruhi✨ by Hiraizumi, which I brought myself.
It was pleasantly gassy and sour, not as sweet as I thought it would be, and easy to drink👍.
Good evening, Chirsta!
I can't wait to see what kind of drinks will be served at the year-end party at my favorite bar 😍.
I can't wait to see what kind of drinks you got together 🎵
I'm so glad you've been enjoying yourselves so much 😁✨✨.
Hi ma-ki-😃
It wasn't our usual bar, but we rented out another restaurant for the end of year party ✨.
We had so many drinks that I couldn't keep track of all the brands, so by the time we were done, I was already tongue-tied 😂.
Hi, Chesta 😃!
It's great that you have a bring-your-own party at your favorite restaurant 👍I'm sure it was full of amazing drinks ⁉️ you can't help but drink too much with that much 🤣 but I'm glad you're having fun 🥰.
Hi HinaHanaMama 😃
It was a different bar from the usual one, but the food was delicious as well as the drinks 😍I was covered in rare sake that made my eyes pop out 😅.
Herbal aroma with the flavor of rice 🌾🌱.
When you put it in your mouth, it is a little bit heavy.
In the hearty flavor of rice
Green apple aroma spreading in the mouth 🌾☺️⛰️
Not too strong acidity is also quite good ✨.
It would be delicious warmed up 🍶🌉.
In the series of sake bottles that ran out in a flash, this Hina of Hiraizumi was one of the bottles that ran out smoothly after the earlier mentioned Fujimasamune 😅.
It has a low alcohol content of 12 degrees Celsius and a sake level of -20.
Everyone loves it when it has acidity too 😍.
The first sip is refreshing, like lemon or grapefruit. But it's a stylish Hinasan that leaves an excellent sharpness and refreshing aftertaste in the throat area.
All of Hiraizumi's sakes get me with their good acidity 😁💦I'm the only one ⁉️
That's it too, they all get me 💕😋💕.
Hello, Waka 🐦.
Yes! Exactly 😆👍I don't like sour, but I really like the acid of Malhi and I think it's the ❣️ balance? 🤔
I would like to drink the HITEN series 😊.
Bought it because it was recommended for warming sake✨
I actually let it sit for about a year after purchase...
It's Yamahai so I'm sure it'll be fine 💦.
Good sake ginjo aroma 🙄.
When tasted warmed up, it has a dry taste that is refreshingly crisp with acidity 🍶.
The sweetness of rice lingers in the aftertaste 🌾.
Perfect for the cold season 😁.
