The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I️ swallowed silver last time, so I️ am going to do gold this time. Silver to gold is rather natural. Silver was more dry than gold, so I don't know how it will be this time 🤣. I️ will open the bottle now. The aroma is apple-like 👍 The taste is also apple-like but with sweetness and umami of rice and less yamahai feeling 🤗It's very easy to drink. It's not more dry than dry, but it's hard to drink on its own 💦. At least it goes well with pizza and bulgogi. Personally, gold is delicious 😋.

I was invited by a regular of my favorite bar to a year-end party called "Sake Bringing Party" ✨. The number of people attending the party was quite large, so the number of sake brought by the guests was quite large 😁. I couldn't finish all of it, and I was so drunk that I didn't take notes on the flavors, so please forgive me if this is a very fragmented review: 🙇‍♂️ The first bottle was Maruhi✨ by Hiraizumi, which I brought myself. It was pleasantly gassy and sour, not as sweet as I thought it would be, and easy to drink👍.

Herbal aroma with the flavor of rice 🌾🌱. When you put it in your mouth, it is a little bit heavy. In the hearty flavor of rice Green apple aroma spreading in the mouth 🌾☺️⛰️ Not too strong acidity is also quite good ✨. It would be delicious warmed up 🍶🌉.

In the series of sake bottles that ran out in a flash, this Hina of Hiraizumi was one of the bottles that ran out smoothly after the earlier mentioned Fujimasamune 😅. It has a low alcohol content of 12 degrees Celsius and a sake level of -20. Everyone loves it when it has acidity too 😍. The first sip is refreshing, like lemon or grapefruit. But it's a stylish Hinasan that leaves an excellent sharpness and refreshing aftertaste in the throat area. All of Hiraizumi's sakes get me with their good acidity 😁💦I'm the only one ⁉️ That's it too, they all get me 💕😋💕.

Bought it because it was recommended for warming sake✨ I actually let it sit for about a year after purchase... It's Yamahai so I'm sure it'll be fine 💦. Good sake ginjo aroma 🙄. When tasted warmed up, it has a dry taste that is refreshingly crisp with acidity 🍶. The sweetness of rice lingers in the aftertaste 🌾. Perfect for the cold season 😁.

I had an image of this series having a strong flavor, but this time I don't feel it at all. The acidity seems to accentuate the freshness. Very tasty!

I don't like Hiraizumi itself that much, but I can't help but drink this cute label series from Concept Workers. It has a refreshing taste, with a little sourness and sweet and sour (I don't know if it's pink grapefruit). (I don't know if it's pink grapefruit, though...)

I bought a packet of Hirasen's Sour Girl, and it was a better sake than I expected. It had good acidity and sweetness.
