After work, I was drinking!

I asked the clerk if I could have one that wasn't too sweet, and he said... sweet 💧.
But it's not bad!
Rather delicious!
It's a type of sweetness I've never tasted before... sweetness is quite strong, but not too much, like a fruit... what is this aftertaste, pungency? What is this aftertaste? The aftertaste is not just sweet, but has a depth to it...!
The description on the back says "vivid acidity like citrus fruits", "fresh sweetness", and "minerality". ......
I can tell it's a sweet but tasty sake... Comparing it to a certain daily sake I had at home, the difference is obvious... It's a delicious sake...!
I paired it with sashimi, nameko mushrooms and cod roe. It is a sweet sake and goes well with datemaki!
