In the series of sake bottles that ran out in a flash, this Hina of Hiraizumi was one of the bottles that ran out smoothly after the earlier mentioned Fujimasamune 😅.
It has a low alcohol content of 12 degrees Celsius and a sake level of -20.
Everyone loves it when it has acidity too 😍.
The first sip is refreshing, like lemon or grapefruit. But it's a stylish Hinasan that leaves an excellent sharpness and refreshing aftertaste in the throat area.
All of Hiraizumi's sakes get me with their good acidity 😁💦I'm the only one ⁉️
