デイデイAdd. When I started using my phone, I was free from cords, but I didn't expect to be scared of charging. I can't say I'm happy with my life like this, but I'm not, and I'm thankful for the wonderful sake I've met today. Karame. It was a very strong sake, and the neighbor's favorite brand and a cup of sake that he gave me was a perfect match. Strong-feeling sake, shunned? No, I think it is rude to say this, but I think that sake that has been rightfully inherited is truly wonderful. Well, I would like to express my gratitude for my good fortune to have met such a brand that I came to like even though today was a day when I was not supposed to drink. Thank you very much for the treat.

hoshiakiYamahai Junmai 🍶. The last 9 cups of Chodama Sake no Kai "Autumn Blooming Cherry Meat Banquet" 😆. Firm acidity. Spiciness. A little grass. Warmed up hot. Sweetness and umami. Soft and fluffy. 海の男The color is dark with a hint of golden yellow. The aroma is a little heavy and calm. It has a rich sweetness and umami flavor. The aroma is melon-like and a little pineapple-like. It is not fruity. It is quite sweet. There is umami and a little bit of astringency. It is hard to drink at high temperatures because of the 18% alcohol content. It tastes sour when it is warm, so it is your choice.

nitoRaku no se brewed at a brewery near my home. 🎶 Until a few years ago, the main brewery was selling vats, but they have changed direction and are now making sake with a special focus. There are no ginjo or daiginjo, all are yamahai junmai, unfiltered, four-stage brewing. It is a rich, umakuchi (delicious) sake with moderate acidity and a high alcohol content. It is best matched with miso dishes such as miso stew and miso katsu (pork cutlet). It is also a good choice for warming sake. Naturally, heated sake is also a must. 🍶😃😃😃

SHIBATAThis is Raku Noze. I sometimes want to drink "Gattunkei" 😆. 10/13 The bottle is now open 🍶. Is it a new sake? It looks like it has been aged for half a year. Well, it has been aged for half a year. It's so rich and thick 🤪...did you age it in a barrel? I can't find any fruit to describe it with my poor vocabulary 💦That's the funny thing about it though 🤣. 10/14 I've been working on ⤴️ since yesterday. ⭕️⭕️ fruit 🍋 - with a bitterness added 🍋 and even more ⤴️⤴️ The nectariness is amazing👍 The best accompaniment is a cold one 😆. I also paired it with potato salad with pastrami in it, and it wasn't bad 😋.

boukenIt is said to be an irregular sake. The toji-san overfilled it with 4-stage rice or something😅. The "Raku" on the label represents the over-filled rice, and the blue color represents the pale face of the toji-san. Gutsy, but quite sweet and sour. It is much sweeter than other Raku no sei I've had, but I also feel its character. The rice is from the terraced rice fields of Hida. I can't seem to name the rice, but I wonder if it is Hidahomare or some other rice that is only available in Gifu. I heard that if you mention the name of the rice, you will get complaints like Kamerei did in Hiroshima, but if you don't mention the name, it's OK.

ごうThe aroma is smooth and mild, but there are also hints of grains and fruits. When you drink it, you can feel the richness and umami, as well as strong acidity and sweetness, spreading at once. The aftertaste is surprisingly not sharp and has a moderate aftertaste with a touch of bitterness. The flavor is pleasant from the cold to the sunny side, and from the sunny side to the human body, the strength is felt, and from the lukewarm to the top warming, the acidity is felt more. When heated, it has a more alkaline taste, but the aroma is more pronounced, but on the other hand, it is more smooth. It depends on the food, but I like it at room temperature to human body temperature.

lotusAruzoe's Yamahai, purchased in quantity at Jizakaya Kodama. I am almost new to Aruzoe, but I tried it cold... Delicious! It has the rich flavor and aroma of Kenrishi! I'm seriously ashamed of myself for having been averse to aluzake until now... This sake looks like it would be bad when heated. I'll post an update once it's heated up. September 24, 2023 I tried heating it up! It was a little hot, and the alcohol aroma was strong, but not unpleasant. It has a little bit of a Shaoxing sake-like flavor, like Kenrishi. It's good, but I somehow thought it might be better heated up with Junmai, so I'll try Junmai next time.
