のちをPre-farewell party! The number of sake friends will decrease from the company. After 5 is more painful than work. So this is Nigori. Isn't it one of the best Nigori? Is it because I'm drunk? It tasted just like the next one I drank.

たけさんAt the beginning, I got a really faint schwirl and a really faint ginjo aroma, so I thought, "Oh, that's the way," but to my surprise, this sake stays there! This is a new sensation. After that, it's a little bit light and a little bit umami, and it seems to go well with anything other than a thicker drink. I like this kind of change of pace every once in a while.

まつちよFirst time for Kibotsukuru. Sake from the town of Kiyama in Saga Prefecture🍶. I remember going to a grass ski resort in Kiyama when I was a kid, and when I looked it up, there was a brewery at the foot of it⛷. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sourness (white malted rice?) and a refreshing juicy sweetness. and a refreshing juicy sweetness. It is similar to shi-bi-en winter of Kanbokuto, which is also made with white malted rice, and can be enjoyed in a big gulp. Recently, I've been seeing Tsuru-labeled sake in Tokyo, so I'd like to catch it and drink it in various ways. It was delicious 🍶✨. PS: According to the proprietress of sakebar Fukuzo, the sourness of the yeast is original to Saga Prefecture!

WOMI found this at my usual liquor store! I bought it at New Year's and finally opened the bottle. Brewed with Saga's rice rice, Yumeshizuku. It is fresh, fruity, and delicious. It also had a hint of dashi, or a flavor different from the rice flavor. Brewed at a party to enjoy sake rice with my colleagues.
