kino.Hidden Gifu's beautiful sake, Ippodo Senzan✨. It is a brand that should grow in the future 😅 as it is still very weakly known. I found a sake with interesting specs, so I bought it! Sake level -40 and acidity 3.8! Is it sweet or sour 🤣? The result is sweet and sour, but the acidity predominates✨. The aroma was fruity but not too strong. The taste was apple from a yogurt type lactic acidity 🍎🍏. Refreshing sourness, perfect for a hot day 🌞. It went well with peppered fried chicken 😋. By the way, I prefer Furaibo chicken wings to Yamachan chicken wings 🐤🐦.

きっしーYesterday, Yukachin-san, Ane-san, and a female friend of mine from Yokohama held a "Sake-no-wa" social event in Yokohama. The place was Yukachin-san's recommended "Sake Labo". We started at 5pm and drank all the sake we could until 10:30pm when the restaurant closed. We had more than 15 kinds of delicious sake😋. I'll upload the photos I was able to take.
