Well balanced sweetness and bitterness, easy to drink.
The lingering bitterness is good!
Today, we will be serving with seafood delicacies such as mussels with sea urchin, scallops pickled in wasabi, and Matsumae pickles 💮💮.

雪月花星（ゆき）I heard that today is Tenshunichi, an auspicious day a few times a year. ☀️
So I squeezed Tenshoku on the morning of the day close to Risshun (lol).
When I removed the crown cap, the gas made the cork fly away energetically🍾.
It looks somewhat auspicious🍶.

I think you can find Tensei at Mekada-san. I think there was another rare Shonan sake too 🍶.

mumuVery fruity and fruity when chilled. It has a nice gaseous feel. After the sweet aroma spreads, it has a good sharpness. As the temperature rises, a slight bitterness comes out.

I was exhausted this week.
I came home, fell asleep before dinner💦, woke up, had a glass of wine, and fell asleep again💦.
I finally drank it more than a month after the first day of spring. I'm a master of missing the drinking time 😆.
The first sip is very sweet and I can feel the alcohol soaking into every part of my body. I can't forget that I still have a lot of work to do 💦.
As you drink it, the sourness and bitterness come out. This makes it perfect for eating. I guess it's because it's fresh that you can enjoy the changes in flavor while drinking it.
