もりもりToday ＼_(omega) Kore!!!!!!! Kangiku Hashu Honor 50 -Horizon- Junmai Daiginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu Kangiku's last limited edition sake for 2022. The aroma is wonderful from the moment you open the bottle 😆. A little sweet but well balanced with the acidity so it goes down a treat 🤤.

もりもりToday ＼_(omega) Kore!!!!!!! Hououmida Aka-han SPECIAL Junmai Daiginjo Activated Nigori Nama-Shu This is a special version of Akahan, which is one of my favorite Houou Mita's. It is nigori, but it has no fizz and a smooth taste. It is nigori but non-fizzy and smooth to drink, and the aroma is wonderful 🤣. You can't go wrong with Mita ✌️.

Kangiku OCEAN99 -Ginkai Snow Sea- Nigori unfiltered unpasteurized sake Departure- Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu Same brand, different production A bit surprising that this is the first nigori sake from Kangiku 😳. I can't stop drinking sake because even though the brands are the same, they taste completely different 🤣.

もりもりToday ＼_(omega) Kore!!!!!!! kamosumori junmai daiginjo nama sake My first purchase from Niigata! The sake level is -36°😳! But the acidity is 2.5, so it's not too sweet 🤣 and the taste is exquisite 🤤. I can drink this with gusto!

もりもりAnother one today!!!! Houou Mita, mandarin orange I go to the liquor store every week, sometimes I get sake that is close to its expiration date because I am too much of a regular 🤣. Mita's fruit wine is really good! The only drawback is that it tastes like juice, so I drink too much!

もりもりOne more for today＼_(ω・`) Kore!!!! Koshi Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake Yamadanishiki 40 Cute little mouse label😍! Since it is polished to 40%, this one is also sweet on the palate. It's sweet, but the freshness lingers on the tongue. But I prefer it a bit drier😅.

It looks and tastes like a white wine, grapes spreading in your mouth! But you can still taste the sake 😳. This is sooooooo good 🤣!
